Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy
- Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
- For purchases from our website, if you received the wrong product or did not receive your package, we will offer you store credit or a replacement for the full value of the items affected within 60 days of delivery/delivery notification. If you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, please first contact the seller from which you purchased your product to inquire about its return policy. If your seller is unable to address your concerns, please contact us.
- Please email Customer Support at [email protected] to notify us of your intent to submit a guarantee request. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product and reason for your dissatisfaction. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to Nutrosity, or provide other information to assist Nutrosity in processing your request.
- You must submit your guarantee request within 60 days of the date of delivery. Prepaid return labels are not provided, and we’re not responsible for reimbursing return shipping costs.
- For purchases from our website, refunds will be made to the credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
For purchases made through authorized sellers (such as retail stores or third-party online platforms), please contact the specific seller directly to process your return and refund. Nutrosity is not responsible for issuing refunds for products purchased from third-party entities, as those transactions are governed by the respective seller’s own return policies. If you encounter any issues with an authorized seller, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you. - Promotional items that were shipped in your original order must be included in the return to receive the full refund.
- If you wish to keep the promotional items, you will be refunded the retail cost of the product returned, minus the value of the promotional items. If you are missing an item or receive a damaged item, our customer service team must be notified within 10 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement.
- Nutrosity reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Nutrosity concludes that the purchaser has abused the guarantee. Frequent requests for refunds or store credit by an individual will be monitored, and abuse of this guarantee will not be tolerated. Nutrosity may amend or terminate the guarantee at any time without notice.
